| EXTRA PERSONS: |
| If you have extra people in
your cabin, it is $15 per night or $70 per week. Children of all
ages are considered as regular occupants. Cribs and high chairs are
available at no extra charge. You are not to exceed the maximum
occupancy which is the following: |
- One Bedroom - 4 people
- Two Bedroom - 6 people

- Three Bedroom - 8 people
- Four Bedroom - 12 people

 RESERVATIONS:
A $200 deposit is required for
each week and a $125 deposit for a two or three-day stay. We accept
MasterCard, Visa, Discover for deposits. Reservations that are
placed over the phone will be held for 10 days only. If we do not
receive a deposit after 10 days, the reservation is automatically
cancelled. You are responsible for the days you reserve and there are no
refunds for early departure. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY: |
| If you must cancel your
reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if we find a replacement
for the time that you reserved. If no replacement is found, the deposit
is not refunded and cannot be used for a future reservation. If you cancel your reservation within one week of your stay, you are responsible for payment in full. |

| There is a public telephone
located in the boat house. we do not have phones in the cabins. |
| |
| A minimum of a two-night stay
is accepted in Spring and Fall only. In Summer, we only accept weekly
reservations. Sales tax is 5-1/2%. |

| SORRY, NO PETS! |

| INCLUDED WITH EACH CABIN: |
| Fully equipped kitchens with
microwaves and Mr. Coffees. Bed linens are furnished. We supply toilet
paper, garbage bags and coffee filters. |
| You will need to bring your
bath and kitchen towels, and dish and bar soap. |
| A 15-foot aluminum boat comes
with each cabin and a Weber grill, picnic table and lawn chairs. Please
bring your own charcoal and fluid for the grill. Each cabin has a
sofa sleeper and satellite color TV. |

| CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: |
| Begins at 2:00 p.m. and
concludes at 8:00 a.m. Please do not arrive before 2:00 p.m. or
stay past 8:00 a.m. We pride ourselves in providing extremely
clean facilities and this time is needed by our staff to do all
necessary tasks. |

We sell premix and regular gas from 9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
The lodge opens at 5:00 p.m. everyday with a full liquor licensed bar with video
games, pool table and jukebox. We also serve Northbay Cafe Pizza.
